Children must have turned 3 years old before their first class and be fully confident using the toilet unaided to join GK Stage Academy classes

Unfortunately, we do not cater for children under the age of 3 years old.

Children must be dropped at their allocated time and collected promptly to allow for back to back class schedules.

We require term fees be paid in full before or on the first day of each new term. Reminders will be sent to parents via the WhatsApp Groups. Failure to do so will result in a loss of your place.

Unfortunately, term or camp fess will not be refunded to students who miss all or part of a term or camps without prior notice. All deposits for camps and trips are non refundable once paid. 

We have a strict ‘No Bullying’ policy. Bullying of any nature will not be tolerated.

Any student found to be in breech will be asked to leave, without refund of term fee.

All GK classes are graded and split by class in school, but some students may move to the next age group at the discretion of the directors. Camps and workshops are split based on age at the time of the camp or workshop.

Suitable clothing, to include a minimum of one piece of uniform, must be worn by the student at all times in class, on class trips and at auditions.

Jewellery, slip on shoes, skirts, dresses and other hazards are not allowed in class.

Uniforms are not compulsory for students in camps, or new students in their first term with us but appropriate clothing must be worn at all times.

GK Stage Academy does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen property on our premises. Please be sure to put your childs name on all items of uniform. 

When participating in online classes, students take full responsibility for their safety. GK Stage Academy are not responsible for injury that occurs during online classes where the student does not have adequate or safe space and is not dressed appropriately.

Yes, photos and videos are, on occasion, taken at classes. B agreeing to the terms and conditions on your registration form, students and parents permit us to take and use photos and videos online and in print for promotional use only.

No, parents are not permitted in the classroom. From our experience, students do not participate fully at class if a parent is present, and saying goodbye within the classroom can be much more difficult. We have loads of chaperones on hand at the start of class to help any students who may be nervous and we are more than happy to discuss your child’s engagement and process within the class at any stage via 0863566061

No. Phones are strictly prohibited at class and will be kept at the teachers desk if they are used. Children are permitted to bring a phone with them if they are needed for getting home etc. but must remain in their bag / under their seat for the full duration of all classes.
